Red cabbage is one of the prettiest vegetables..
Oh who am I kidding? They’re all beautiful. And delicious.I’ve always been intimidated to buy actual fresh cabbage, whatever the color, cause I didn’t know how to prepare them! This is super super inspiring, hahahaha :)

- Wash the vegetables, then dry.
- Use a julienne peeler to form noodle shapes from the zucchini, squash, and carrot. I peeled the entire vegetables.
- Steam the noodles.
- Once cooked, place the noodles in a bowl and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and some lemon juice.

I feel like even when I lose weight I still look fat because although I am smaller, I am still not toned. I think that if I focus on toning, turning the fat into muscle, I will feel and look skinnier. I am down 20 lbs from where I started so I don’t really want to lose any more weight, just tighten it up. 5’6 and 120.. if I lose too much more weight I will look unhealthy/concern family.
